About the session:

As uncertainty and change continue to shape our world in 2024, it's time for new approaches to leadership. How can today's leaders truly engage and motivate their people and build the adaptive, innovative organisations required in this environment? Dr Denise Quinlan explains why Waypower is now the essential leaders’ skillset, equipping them to build trust, empower, and collaborate to navigate change.

Drawing on her research with NZ-based companies that are ‘winning with people’, Dr Quinlan shares the strategies and practices they are using to grow productivity, innovation, staff engagement and job satisfaction. Learn how these new approaches are transforming organisations ranging from family companies to global businesses. You’ll leave with insights and ideas you can apply to your own business or share with others - today.
