SILVER PARTNERS

Kia ora, I’m Anna Mowat, a child and whānau wellbeing specialist, writer and resource designer based in Aotearoa New Zealand. Through my organisations: Real Collective and Real Parents, I work alongside organisations, schools and communities to translate wellbeing ideas into practical programmes, resources and tools that support parents, practitioners and tamariki.

I’ve contributed to a number of national initiatives including Sparklers, Tākai, Mitey, STOP Services, Manahau and News2Me (TVNZ). My work spans concept development, co-design, writing and programme development across education, parenting and community wellbeing.

I’m currently working alongside Wiremu Gray through Te Whare Mauri Ora, supporting kaupapa Māori approaches to whole-school and community wellbeing. I’ve also co-designed and developed the parenting programme for regional prisons, supporting incarcerated parents to maintain or strengthen connection with their children.

With a background in psychology and English, I bring together research-informed practice, creative design and real-world insight to develop initiatives that support connection, emotional wellbeing and resilience across whānau and school communities.

Linda Rowley – Founder, Linda Rowley Consulting (Australia)

Linda Rowley is a Positive Psychology Consultant and Wellbeing Facilitator whose work brings together neuroscience, nature, and human flourishing. With a Master of Applied Positive Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Mental Health and Neuroscience, and Graduate Certificate in Workplace Wellbeing, she translates evidence-based science into practical, compassionate approaches that support wellbeing in real life.

Through her consulting practice, Linda delivers coaching, workshop facilitation, workplace wellbeing interventions, and keynote presentations, helping individuals and organisations create environments where people can thrive. Her work is grounded in both science and lived experience, making it practical, engaging, and immediately applicable.

Her signature PRESENCE model simplifies complex science into eight everyday lifestyle factors that reduce the risk of cognitive decline whilst supporting mental health, emotional regulation, and sustainable wellbeing: bridging body and mind through small, meaningful actions.

Linda is also recognised for her work supporting people experiencing ambiguous loss, and as the founder of the Carer Camino Wellbeing Walking Retreat, a nature-based experience supporting carers to restore energy, find meaning, and build resilience. Known for her warmth and humour, she creates psychologically safe spaces where people don’t just learn about wellbeing, they experience it.
